3x5? Thought you were doing the 5x5s? Freaking devil you're confusing me. What ever you do keep doing something. There is some great advice here and some smart guys (if they are not all banned now).

For the record I love 5x5s. After my PT test in March I am going to start working 5x5s back into my work outs.

Starting strength is all 3x5, I just started it Sunday so I am going to stick by the actual plan. Most of the really good lifters are banned by now. Something about people on this forum really gets under lifters skin lol.

Is there a reason you can't do overhead press or power cleans? Also your 3x5 shoudl all be at the same weight, i.e. all squats at 155 for the last workout. Check out the starting stregth wiki if you can't buy the book.

Alright sweet, I was actually going to start doing it with one weight. I need to memorize that Wiki.
Awww fuck, I did incline bench when I was suppose to do SOHP. Fail me. Thanks for the guidance once again my man.

Cornered some team mates, and Eddie ref'd one of the fights so that was really cool.

Squat 155
Bench 145
Pull ups 8 11 6
