I just recently rediscovered the joys of Vector cereal mixed with low fat strawberry yogurt. So awesome.

Maybe it's just a Canadian thing... it's a 'meal replacement' cereal, what ever that is supposed to mean. It's pretty much just rolled oats and wheat sweetened with honey and a ton of different vitamins.

To be honest, I'm not sure I even read your post. One of my old room mates used to mix his cereal with yogurt all the time. I forgot how good it was though until a couple days ago.

well that was the point of your thread, you created...

anywhoo, blueberries, strawberries, granola, and vanilla yogurt, going organic where possible is an excellent quick healthy snack...

prolly similar to your vector concoction.

add some wheat germ or ground up flax seed as well, wheat germ make man strong like bull.

Yeah, I suppose it was... I was in kind of a "too long didn't read" mood when you posted that first one

I've read it now though.

Or a thread for people who take training and diet seriously.

if you make good choices regarding food for your basic needs, you will find you can eat whatever you want whenever...

indulging is the reward, but too much of anything is almost always a bad thing.

after eating real food for a while you will not crave the processed, transfat loaded garbage anyways...

real food is delicious, but you cant be lazy and expect to be instantly gratified, you have to prep your food and cook it yourself, the microwave generation is doomed to diabetes and heart disease, stroke etc.
