I am 15 years old. 6" tall and 170 lbs.
My workout schedule for Bodybuilding and MMA:
Monday - Muay Thai (1hr) & Jiu-Jitsu (1h30)
Tuesday - Chest & Back
Wednesday - Boxing (1hr) & Muay Thai (1h30)
Thursday - Wrestling (1hr) & Muay Thai (1h30)
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Shoulders and Legs
Sunday - Rest
Note that I usually do abs after MMA training.
Anything that I should add or change?
