FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE
I also love weighted gloves and ankle weights for adding more burn to my cardio (twice the calorie burn same time frame=awesome), trx and ab slings, clubbell, for grip some rock climber training grips, a bob bag, thai bag, motorcycle gloves for crawing on all fours (yep its a bitchin workout especially up and down stairs in both directions)a breath resistance trainer, some plyo boxes, a basic bench, and finally a v-max weighted vest.. but
for sparring gear the best is called HIGH GEAR....it's ridiculously perfect!
make a grappling dummy with weighted core for throw simulations do some online research it's out there or if you're rich get a real doll and after your workout get in some extra cardio.
