Neil Magny is out for undisclosed reasons and UFC is scrambling to find a replacement opponent for Vicente Luque. :radioactive:

I'll wait to see who the replacement is, but if none is found or If I decide to switch. Could I pick from the ONE Championship event. I dont know if I like any of the picks, and dont want to be forced into picking fighters who i am unsure would win or get a finish.

It's not very fair to let you pick from an event that no one else could've picked from... I have added a clause about contingency points for this very situation, something I've had in my head for the longest time but never put into text. 5 points if someone's fighter pulls out of the final event and a suitable replacement isn't available.

Also note that I am not opposed to ONE Championships being in Fantasy Draft, I just don't know a lot about it or the majority of its fighters and am mulling whether or not it would be good for the overall game to throw in events that only 3 people out of 20 would pick from. Open to suggestions, though!

Suck it up slevin

PBells point about contingency points is good as I agree with it. You can take the 5 points or take a risk and pick someone like Pat Cummins.

I’m not into doing ONE fights because I am a casual and I know jack shit about it. I’d assume most of us are in this boat too.

ONE events should be added

Even though I dont know who will win on most ONE events, it would be nice to have the option to pick ONE fighters because that could lead to opportunities to picking up easy points, and potentially title points. Even though I am torn on who would win this weeks title match between Aoki and Lee.

I just have a weird complex about typing a ton of fighter names that I don't recognize. I get done typing "Narbo Vazich vs. Varbo Nazich" and think, "No one's going to pick these guys, what the fuck..."

And if it's only benefitting a small group of people then I feel that might impact the enjoyment for the rest of the drafters. Like for instance, if I started adding Bosnian Fight Night and won the Gina because no one else knew these guys, would that be still be a fun game to play for everyone else?
