Derek Brunson is still waiting to hear back from Darren Till.

Brunson called out Till on Twitter earlier this week and even said that his manager, Ali Abdelaziz, has reached out to the UFC for a potential fight.

But nothing yet.

“My agent reached out,” Brunson told TMZ. “I seen him on his social media. I’m yet to hear from him. He knows what’s up. Till know what’s up. I ain’t going to force you to do this, man, but if you need a dance partner, man, reach out to me. You got a willing dance partner here.”

Brunson (20-7 MMA, 11-5 UFC) is coming off a unanimous-decision win over Ian Heinisch at UFC 241, notching his second win in a row. He continued to show a more calculated and composed version of himself, using his grappling to outwork the worn-down Heinisch.

Till, who’s coming off back-to-back losses to Tyron Woodley and Jorge Masvidal, has hinted that he will move up to middleweight for his next fight. And Brunson wants to be the one to welcome him to 185 pounds.

“It ain’t no beef. It’s just business as usual, you know?” Brunson said. “Darren Till looking to move up to middleweight, he’s a top guy. Fought for the title at welterweight. I feel it would be a good challenge, a guy with a lot of hype behind him. I think we should definitely mix it up next.”

Brunson has had his ups and downs in the UFC but has found his feet again at middleweight. He wants to take on big challenges and believes former welterweight title challenger Till would make perfect sense.

And Brunson is confident that he’d put a beating on the “Gorilla”.

“I’m going to whoop Till’s (expletive),” Brunson said. “Ain’t know bones about it. Ask anybody, it ain’t I’m calling Till out because I think I can just beat him up. I think I can beat everybody, but it’s also about fights that make sense. Big fights, stuff like that, so, yeah, anybody can get it. I’ve been proving that my whole career.”
