British Association of Mixed Martial Arts 5

BAMMA: British Association of Mixed Martial Arts 5 is a mixed martial arts event to held by the British Association of Mixed Martial Arts (BAMMA) on February 26, 2011 at the Manchester Evening News Arena in Manchester, England.

The event was originally scheduled for December 2010 to be headlined by Bob Sapp vs. Stav Economou, but snowstorms forced the cancellation of that event.

While the Paul Daley vs. Yuya Shirai bout was scheduled to be for the first ever BAMMA Welterweight Championship, Daley missed weight (the third time he missed weight in six bouts) by weighing in at 170.4 pounds (BAMMA does not have a one pound allowance for title fights).
