X-1 World Events is a Mixed Martial Arts promotional company that was founded by Mike Miller in 2004.

X-1 World Events is a locally owned company based out of Honolulu, Hawaii, which delivers exciting live arena-based entertainment events that are covered throughout various television outlets from Time Warner Oceanic cable; Live Pay Per View; Video on Demand; as well as live streaming events via www.x1worldevents.com and www.mmahawaii.com.

X-1 World Events is the largest locally owned Mixed Martial arts company and has been featured in numberous media on both a national and international market.

The mission of X-1 World is the following:

• To hold and actively promote Mixed Martial Art events, the fighters and the sponsors throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Rim
• To be community friendly and to promote self responsibility both inside and out of the ring
