It headlined a Light Heavyweight bout with former Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton Jackson, just coming off a first-round KO of Wanderlei Silva, and Keith Jardine who is coming off a split decision victory over Brandon Vera.
The event's main card also saw WEC Light Heavyweight Mark Munoz's UFC debut, after the promotion dropped it's Light Heavyweight and Middleweight classes.
