The Ultimate Fighter 13: Team Lesnar vs. Team Dos Santos
The Ultimate Fighter: Team Lesnar vs. Team Dos Santos is the thirteenth installment of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC)-produced reality television series The Ultimate Fighter.
The UFC and Spike TV held open tryouts on November 4th, 2010, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The casting call went out for Welterweight and Middleweight fighters, however, all fighters will be in the welterweight division. Notables who turned up to the tryouts included Karl Amoussou, Andre Galvao and Zak Cummings.
It was confirmed during the UFC: Fight For The Troops 2 conference call that Brock Lesnar and Junior dos Santos would be the coaches for this season. The coaches meet in a season-ending fight in June, at UFC 131: Lesnar vs. Dos Santos in Vancouver. The winner will get an immediate title shot against UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez.
