Superman Punch

The Superman Punch is usually executed by swinging out the back foot(therefor faking a kick) and lunging foward with a jumping cross. This punch is sometimes believed to be used for style, however it generates more power than a standard cross, it can be utilized to feign a knee strike or leg kick.
