PFC 13: Validation is a mixed martial arts event put on by Palace Fighting Championship. The event took place on May 8, 2009. The event featured former WEC Light Heavyweight Champion Doug Marshall, along with four title fights, three of which are for vacant titles.

The event also featured former WEC Featherweight Champion Cole Escovedo's return to mixed martial arts after a three year hiatus. It was his Bantamweight debut.
