Mike Dolce is an American mixed martial artist. He has fought nationally for the Portland Wolfpack of the International Fight League (IFL) and was a cast member of SpikeTV's The Ultimate Fighter 7: Team Rampage vs Team Forrest.

Biography
Dolce is the son of a New York firefighter and Division I college basketball player. A NJSIAA wrestler, Dolce began training in MMA to get back into shape. His first lessons were in jiu-jitsu. After he performed well against a professional fighter, he gave up his job as a Municipal Tax Assessor in New Jersey to pursue a career in professional fighting. He moved to Oregon in February 2005, where he trained with Team Quest, to begin a career as a professional Mixed Martial Artist. Since 2008, he has been training with the sports physician Carlon Colker.
Mixed Martial Arts Career
Beginning in 2006, Dolce fought with the Portland Wolfpack (later renamed Team Quest), in the International Fight League (IFL).
More recently, Dolce was a cast member on Season 7 of The Ultimate Fighter. He defeated Prince McLean via KO in the elimination round and was chosen by Team Rampage with the twelfth overall pick. He was chosen by Team Forrest to fight Jesse Taylor in the first fight of the first round of the tournament. Dolce lost via rear naked choke in the second round and was eliminated.
On March 14, 2009, Dolce is slated to fight Nuri Shakir as a main event at WCF 6 in Wilmington, MA.
Dolce lost his fight against Shane Primm on the Rock and Havoc card for Music City MMA. The fight was the main event and took place in Nashville, Tennessee on July 18, 2009. Dolce then lost a fight against Roman Mitichyan.
Personal Life
Outside of the ring, Mike is Quinton "Rampage" Jackson's nutritionist and strength and conditioning coach. Mike is a writer, penning a monthly column for Extreme Fighter Magazine and his recent blogs on "The Ultimate Fighter 7" have become the most read in the history of the series. Dolce is also publishing a book on health and fitness, "The D O L C E Diet", in 2008.
