Heel hook

A heel hook is a leglock submission. It is executed by a fighter placing his opponent's leg inside of his own, with the top of their opponents foot inside of their armpit and the heel in their elbow. The fighter then twists his opponent's ankle while simultaneously twisting their own body in order to generate pressure on the opponent's ankle as well as their knee.
