Daniel Cramer is an American mixed martial artist who competes as a Welterweight. He was a cast member of SpikeTV's The Ultimate Fighter 7, winning his entry and preliminary matches. He lost in the quarterfinals against Tim Credeur via Heel Hook. Cramer fought for the UFC in their Welterweight division, before being released.

Biography
Cramer attended Bethel High School in his hometown of Bethel, Connecticut, which he graduated in 2003. Cramer then attend the University of Connecticut, there he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. In college, Cramer was on the rugby and hockey team.
Mixed Martial Arts Career
Early Career
Cramer began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the age of sixteen. He later started his mixed martial arts training with the American Top Team of Connecticut. He would train under Luigi Mondelli, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and a four time Pan Am Jiu Jitsu Champion. Before being on The Ultimate Fighter, Cramer held a 3-0 amateur record. After the TUF 7 filming was over, Cramer moved down to Coconut Creek, Florida to train with the main American Top Team academy.
The Ultimate Fighter
Cramer was a contestant on The Ultimate Fighter 7. In order for the fighters to make it on the show, they had to win a fight against another TUF hopeful. Cramer went up against Jeremiah Riggs, which he won the fight via unanimous decision. Cramer didn't fight again until episode six. He then went up against the last pick Luke Zachrich. Cramer defeated Zachrich by TKO in the second round. Cramer would then go on to fight, Team Forrest's first pick, Tim Credeur. Cramer kept the fight close, until Tim got a hold of Cramer's foot. Cramer tried to stay standing while Tim was on the ground, holding on to his foot. Cramer eventually was taken down and submitted by an Ankle Lock. After the fight Cramer said that he just made a rookie mistake and he should have won the fight.
UFC Career
Cramer was set to make his debut at the The Ultimate Figher 7 Finale against former cast mate Cale Yarbrough. Cramer then came down with an injury, a broken collar bone, that forced him to withdraw from the fight.
In Cramer's MMA and UFC debut, he defeated Matt Arroyo at UFC 94: St. Pierre vs. Penn 2. Cramer won the fight by Split Decision. The judges scored the fight (29-28, 28-29, 29-28).
He next fought The Ultimate Fighter 7 cast mate Matt Riddle at UFC 101: Declaration, losing a unanimous decision. After the loss, Cramer was released by the UFC.
Post-UFC Career
Cramer returned to action after being released by the UFC, facing off against Ron Jackson at a C3 event. Cramer won by Decision (Unanimous).
His next bout took place at Bellator 15, in a non-tournament bout, where he faced off against Dennis Olsen, who he went on to defeat by Decision (Unanimous).
