Backfist

A backfist is as it is named, you strike with the back of the hand in combination with the tops of the knuckles; rather than all of the knuckles and the fingers in a regular punch. It can be much faster than a regular jab but not as powerful. The backfist jab is used in Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do.
