BFC: Bellator Fighting Championships 35

Bellator 35 was a mixed martial arts event held by the Bellator Fighting Championships on March 5, 2011 at the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino in Lemoore, California. Bellator 35 kicked off the organization's 12-week fourth season. The event, aired live on MTV2 as part of a new multi-year broadcast agreement.
On February 8, 2011, Bellator officially announced that Bellator 35 would be the kickoff for the Season 4 Welterweight Tournament and that all four first round matchups would take place on that card.
On February 11, 2011, Bellator announced that King of the Cage veteran Anthony Lapsley will step in for an injured Steve Carl to compete in the Season Four Welterweight Tournament.
