So I do mma, sometimes 5 days a week. Sometimes 2 depending on what hours im working in the office.

But I also have a 180kg tire and home, and I do stair runs and some weights at home. Which I do about up to 4 times a week. And I ride over 40km's a week on a pushbike on average. I'm pretty short and about 80kg's, and I want more muscle definition, size and strength.

I was wondering if I started taking protein etc, would it give me size, strength and definition from the workout I do?

At the gym we usually just wrestle and kickbox etc, with takedowns. And push ups and the normal. Not much weight training.

If I started taking protein what would it do for me? And if you think I should taking it, what products do you recommend. Sorry about my newbishness to the body and stuff, i'm not too fitness savy. But i'm definitely dedicated. So if you could also include things I can throw into my workout to help muscle stamina, strength and size. Tell me please :)

jus adding protein powder will not give u the things u want. if u want size u gotta eat lots of calories a day high protein medium carbs. if u want to add strength with that size, guess what, gotta weight train. u want definition have GOOD CARBS and eat OFTEN throughout the day (5 times a day). ur body is gonna need its own thing. but taking protein will help u a little. start ur morning with it have it after ur training sessions (with a bit of glutamine). will help ur muscles get a lil bigger and recover well. hope this helps. if u want pro help ask a nutritionist, or go to ur local supplement store and they can help too!!
