So I do mma, sometimes 5 days a week. Sometimes 2 depending on what hours im working in the office.
But I also have a 180kg tire and home, and I do stair runs and some weights at home. Which I do about up to 4 times a week. And I ride over 40km's a week on a pushbike on average. I'm pretty short and about 80kg's, and I want more muscle definition, size and strength.
I was wondering if I started taking protein etc, would it give me size, strength and definition from the workout I do?
At the gym we usually just wrestle and kickbox etc, with takedowns. And push ups and the normal. Not much weight training.
If I started taking protein what would it do for me? And if you think I should taking it, what products do you recommend. Sorry about my newbishness to the body and stuff, i'm not too fitness savy. But i'm definitely dedicated. So if you could also include things I can throw into my workout to help muscle stamina, strength and size. Tell me please
