Honestly, the Phelps thing was kind of refreshing. It's annoying when someone is heralded as the greatest athlete ever for winning a bunch of medals in a particular sport where you have more chances to win (as opposed to a wrestling/judo tournament style set up). Like imagine saying you have 10 (or whatever number) gold medals in wrestling. That would make no sense. Phelps is great at what he does, but I feel regarding him as the best Olympian ever is kind of selling the Olympics and its history of competitors short. To have that title you would likely have to have medals in different events. Until he does that, he's only the greatest swimmer in the world, which is still greatly impressive.

How does she act like a thug? She acts like a girl who runs her mouth...whatever.. I like girls that are ball breakers and have a sharp tongue...and can take some shit as well as dish it. Yeah, she should have kept the phelps thing to her self, but I'm sure she's right about him...he seems like a self-absorbed spoiled child that wasn't even interested in being at this olympics, and is going to retire instead of solidifying his status as the GOAT of his sport and make it nearly impossible for anyone to ever catch him. There have been a lot of ppl (including his teammates) that have had some bad things to say about him and his work ethic and desire.

And as far as her having everything given to her or whatever...I don't really get that. Most middle class Americans have problems because so much is handed to them so they don't know how to work. I also tend to not watch/read what she says because I just like the fighter not the person, there are very few MMA fighters that I pay attention to outside the ring/cage. If I were to not watch her fights and only pay attention to what she says then I would probably hate her too lol.

For the record, I don't think he's the greatest Olympian ever. But he is 100 times better at what he does than what Rousey does. Rousey couldn't even win one gold. And now that Kayla Harrison has, I bet you anything at some point Rousey will talk shit about her too. The bottom line, though, is that Phelps competed in 4 Olympics and won multiple gold medals in three of them. It takes a tremendous amount of skill to do that, no matter what sport you're in, and yes, swimming is a serious sport. And he does compete in different events within the same sport. Rousey talking shit about Phelps is pathetic. She figures the only way to guarantee anyone will give a shit about her is to talk random nonsense about people she'll probably never meet.
