I think Vinny has a problem with the Nogs. And Anderson is a Nog BJJ product, so of course he has a problem with him too.

Plus Vinny: BJJ and MMA are 2 different things. YOU should know. Complaining only makes you sound jealous.

It's funny how "It's not that I'm not impressed" somehow managed to get turned into "I'm not impressed".

I can only quote so much in a title...I agree I should re-title it maybe:

Vinny Magalhaes: Anderson's Black Belt: "It doesn't mean anything"

Chael fan's excuse for his loss: He loses all the time to the same move.

How often is anderson silva on his back? Hardly ever. How many submissions can a guy get when he spends most of his time out striking and knocking guys out? We don't really have a lot of video that shows us how "bad" of a black belt AS has.

It doesn't matter how impressed he is because Anderson will beat Chael again and would wup the hell out of Vinny.

That's his training diet. Probably why he gets triangled by "low level" black belts and then fails drug tests. Too much hormone laden meat.

 WTF? Come on Psycho, Do you even watch mma or at least any of Dan Henderson's fights? He's been subbed three times, Anderson and both Nogueira brothers. But I guess that's everyone!!!
However: When it comes to Sonnen, most of his losses come from submissions, though the winners are guys like Filho, Anderson, Horn, Maia, etc etc some of the best ground techs in mma.

Vinny is great at bjj and has a right to speak his mind about it and I found what he said very respectful and honest of bjj black belts. Though his take on bjj tailored for mma or just mma and his opinion and words about such I find a little harder to swallow considering his standing in the mma community.

He beat Werdum in the BJJ championships??? I think his opinion on BJJ is pretty relevant.

Last time a BJJ guy was training one of Anderson's opponents: "there's not a doubt in my mind Forrest submits Anderson".
