Think about both of their skillsets long and hard, I think Gegard's got the tools to give JBJ real trouble

Fucks jones up standing but his wrestling will let him down.

Yeah but Gegard has a very aggressive ground submission game from the bottom, and whenever he's ran into trouble against a wrestler, it's because they tried to LnP him and he was content in striking from the bottom. JBJ wouldn't try to LnP him from the top, he'd be throwing aggressive GnP with pickax elbowz and shit, and he could just leave himself open in the process.

Oh yeah this is if Gegard doesn't decapitate him standing first 8)

Jones would take him dwon rather easily and ground and pound his way to victory.

I'm not a coach or anything but my guess at beating Jon Jones would be to go completely berserker on him right from the start and just take your 80/20 chances. 80% fighter X would get fucked up, 20% fighter X might actually land something on Jones.

King Mo took Gegard down at will and held him there with no problems and he didn't look very good against Jardin. While Jones has beat Shogun, Rampage, Machida, and Rashad without getting into any real trouble. I don't buy into the Mousasi hype. He has a lot of wins but the competition he faces isn't very good.

Agreed. I think Mousasi would have a better chance at MW. Wouldn't mind seeing him fight Shogun, though.

Not an exciting fight, can tell that jones got away with shit technique due to reach, he's lucky rashad isnt his size. If he fought silva and didnt take him down immediately, he would get fucked up bad.

Ya, I agree man I think Jones just played safe and didn't finish the fight. I am glad that I didn't paid money to watch that fight. Jones need someone like Silva at 205 to beat him. who knows maybe Silva will move up to fight Jones.

Jon Jones is the most intimidating fighter in the UFC. Everybody he fights seizes up and goes into survival mode during the fight. Rashad, Rampage, Bader, Rua: They all got gunshy and went into counter-striking mode while trying not to get hurt too badly.

I think he was a little cuasius. Not playing safe but don't be to agressive because of Shads takedown possibility. He landed elbows and knees and tried to finnish the fight with it but Shad handled it good.

The king of the cans? Let me know when he beats someone worth mentioning. You're just fooling yourself if you think mousasi has any sort of remote chance.

Henderson is going to get submitted by Jones in the first or second round. Jones is going to take him down at will, just like Shields did, but Jones has way better ground and pound than Shields.
