Hello,
Been gone a while from both this site and training. A few months back I strained my mcl in my right leg so there has been no leg work but being baseball season there was a lot of long toss to be had. Just as my mcl was getting better I tore up the rotator in my right shoulder for the third time (lifetime). This sent me into a bad spiral of not training and not wanting anything to do with training. I was really depressed because I was just about to be able to go hard again. I am now in my third week of pt for the shoulder and feel it is time to get off my ass and get back into shit. My six pack is now a beer ponch and it is keeping my motivation low. Any inspirational wordswill help. TIA. Well onto the training log. Went light today because I don't want to rush in and reinjure anything
100 Jumping jacks to warm-up
30 min run
3x15 push-up
3x15 db swing 25lb db
3x15 yoga ball crunches
3x15 push-up
static stretching to cool down
