The solution is starting with congressmen and senators that can put the heat on the executive. I don't have the time to give you the answer that your post deserves atm, I'm on lunch break and am moving this weekend, but the slim difference btwn what Romney vs Obama will do is enough for me atm (though that is no surprise of anyone that folows this thread, lol). The Executive isn't where change can occur.

So can Romney make this race close or is Obama running away with it?

With Romney and Ryan, looks like it'll be a strong race. Obama's record is not very good, his own budget got zero votes in the House and Senate, without a single Democrat voting for it compared to Ryan's that got over 200 votes, passing the House.

I hear you. I just keep reading how Obama is increasing his lead in the polls. I know it comes down to voting in certain states, but shouldn't all of Romney's spending be paying off more with the poll numbers by now?

Obama will wipe the floor with Romney. Not as bad as McCain though because Romney has Wall St.

Well Obama is going very very very very negative, it works, but only to an extent...by the time the fall rolls around, it will be about issues. once the Conventions start, that's when it'll matter.

Romney and the RNC have nearly 200 Million just waiting to spend because they can't right now since he isn't Officially the nominee until after the convention.

Obama is already spending more than he's taking in. So Obama's polls are doing okay, because they're spending big bucks they dont have.

Obama was Wall Street's candidate last time, now they're breaking for Romney...don't understand your argument there.

The argument is Romney has a better chance that McCain because he has Wall St. but he's still going to lose.

I didn't know elections were just fundraising contests.

Want to sig bet on who wins? We still have that December 12th 2012 sig bet made in 2009 to get to.

I'm waiting on that too, get ready. When the world blows up your sig will be mine. I suppose a sig bet is in order. Romney takes it, and we return to fiscal sanity.

Its too bad more Americans will not wake up and realize the Democrats and Republicans have had over 150 years to get things right and they have failed.

Failed? What are you smoking? During those 150 years we became the most powerful empire the world has ever known. We have the highest GDP in the world, the most powerful military, we split the atom, designed rockets to go into space, landed on the moon and mars, invented the light bulb, invented computers, the internet, cell phones, satellites , nuclear power plants, we make music and movies that are beloved by the world. We also lead the world in athletics (Olympics medal count). I could compile a 100,000 page list of accomplishments. Our track record is stellar and unprecedented.
