It was hard to watch Brock's last two fights, but I'd like to see him fight one more time. Reem was on the juice and he fought Cain after medical problems. I'm not saying he is the best, but he put on some other good fights against legit HWs. Most HWs will never get a shot a Mir, but Brock punished him hands down. Mir is at the top so why can Brock stay at the top? Don't put him against JDS or Cain and maybe he can roll a few guys! Reem is a joke and now all of you know.

I'm still confident that a pre-diverticulitus Lesnar has a shot against anyone

yeah there was a big difference between him weighing 290 something over him weighing only around 265 or so.

I think Fedor vs. Cain is a great matchup, but would it still be a number one contender match?

That´s what I´m saying: Fedor always go to war, and Cain must be very hungry to go back to the W colum and prove himself.
I would bet the house this wouldn´t go the distance, even more, I would be very surprised if, would it ever happens, go beyond first round, I don´t see Cain refusing to trade with Emelianenko, because on the ground, Fedor could be even more dangerous, in spite of his latest fights (although Hendo,Silva and Werdum get the W from him there)

That would be a good idea, I know Dana has been saying that he has zero interest in signing Fedor which is BS because he knows that if Fedor is in the UFC then they'd get massive ratings. I love Frank Mir, but he gets lazy with the striking defense and you just don't do that against JDS.

everyone knows how obviously great taht would be. But there is no indication that the UFC and M-1 will ever reach an agreement.

This is what I think...in the other hand, I´m not so sure Fedor should fight Dos Santos, given the (very improbable) chance. He is the top dog right now, and as it was said before, we need to see how Fedor can finally adapts to the cage.
If he goes to the UFC, I´m sure he will have just 1 opportunitie...Dana won´t give him the same threat like, say, Cro Cop or Hunt. With Fedor history have been very different, and I´m sure he wouldn´t pass on it (give him the chance to fight on the promotion, and if he loses, buttkick him and say "you see? he is not the GOAT all the nutthughers were saying for years"...)

Of course when you weigh 290 pounds you have a chance against anybody, but you know: beign a fighter is different from beign a behemoth. I won´t deny Lensar athleticism, and sheer power, but you can see he is not a "fighter".Maybe if he would have started doing martial arts like MT or KB, I mean striking disciplines, at a younger age, history would have been different...but I suppose everybody will agree the way he reacted to strikes was fruit of "non-educated" martial skills, wich only lead "real fighters",and understand what I mean, to exploit it.

Common do you really want to see fedor go out like that?

He got beaten not once, not twice but 3 times in a row and now he's fighting horrible fighters compared to his level. Who in their right minds would bring in someone like that to fight against the previously ranked #1 worldwide HW who also just lost his belt not too long ago.

Fedor is not the same fighter anymore guys. It happens to all men. But bringing him in to fight a young, hungry and talented guy like Cain with the cardio of a MW is insane. It wouldn't be close at all. If this was anyone but fedor we'd be laughing our asses off at the mere suggestion that he come into the UFC to fight cain. (I.e: replace "fedor" with Tim Silvia)
