Im 18 years old not very tall 5 foot 7 and a half, my weight changes from about 147lbs - 154lbs.
here is my work out
weight train 3-4 times a week and swim afterwards 2-3 hours a time
1 or 2 times a week mma fight training for a hour a time
2 times a week play football an hour and half a time
im working hard in my workouts but i dont really see much change in my body i have thought about using protein shakes but i like just eating natural does anybody have any suggestions.
