Has anyone tried this maceball? Apparently it works. But I want to hear other opinions on it.

never used it, but id like to get my hands on one and try it out. ive swung sledge hammers as part of training before, it looks like it might be kinda similar to that.

I have never once seen one of those used before. I wonder what an actual workout with one is like or if all you use it for is what Barnett was just doing.

I have done a lot of chopping exercises with an axe. It is a hell of a workout. Not everyone has access to a forest, but you could probably get one of those maceballs made pretty easily. With it getting cold out, you could find a plumbing shop that has welding equipment and guys looking for anything to do besides digging up frozen ground.

That's actually a really good idea Danehoy! Benefit to that is then you could get one made to your height and an appropriate weight.

For the length of the maceball take a look at where it is in relation to Barnett in the video, he's probably about 6'4" so you do the math there.

You could probably just make one, or use a large sledgehammer.
