I've started to regularly hit the sauna after my workouts for 15-30 minutes. I have found that my sleep is much deeper during the night, and I wake up a lot less as well. Worth looking into IMO.

Never heard of sauna helping with sleep quality.
You think the timing matters? (Like after a working out) Or as long as you are just in the sauna

I do take it to help me sleep on occassion. Mainly because I supplement magnesium as that has always helped me to relax.
