Finally back from military training.

Well got my battery checked! It was fine. It's starting np now. I don't know wtf was wrong. Maybe it was just being shitty because I let it sit to long.

Got some good dead lifts in today. Did some good mornings for the first time. I think I am doing them wrong. Gotta do some research about form and what not.

Good practice today
Did some kick crunch pyramids. 20 kicks, 20 crunches. So 1 kick 1 crunch, 2 kick 2 crunch. Both legs. 420 kicks, 420 crunches. Was not easy. Me and my partner were the first ones done though, that was rewarding.

Got some awesome wrestling take downs that I like a lot out of the over under. Dan Severns sure can teach wrestling. Whoda thunk

I'm going to take a few more months off. I'm going up a weight class so I want to be plenty strong and big. I'm looking into fighting around October.

I'm moving up because I am getting a lot bigger and stronger. I want to be strong period, not strong for 155. I still want a crack at the 155 champ right now for our promotion.

Had some great lifts today and I felt great. I am not sure why I felt so great today. I wish I could duplicate what exactly made me feel so good.

Squat felt good, I am excited to get back up to some good weights because I am still pretty light on most of my lifts because I am just starting 531.

I also made a log book, tracks all of my lifts and spreadsheets for it.
