Only lifted seriously for 6 months until herniated disks forced a stop. That was January 2011. I was 6'3 at 170 at 10%BF with a 135 max bench. I've been fucking around in the gym since then. Did a few 9 week bench programs and all but stopped squatting. Now 6'3, 210. 21 in September.

Bench: 225 was max before last 9 week program, no idea what it is now.
Squat: 225 3x5 Never max squatted before.
Deadlift: 315 x 5. Never maxed.
Push Press: 135 3 x 5. Never maxed.

So enough of this pussy shit, what do you guys curl?

Until I saw the updated pictures, I thought all ofyou guys were referring to his picture of his back as a "house." I was thinking, "He's 148 pounds guys! That's not even a barnyard door, much less a house! Have some fucking standards damn it."

But yes, that's a nice living room.

Very cool forum. I'm 37 and used to lift since 8th grade until a few years into college everyday. We only lifted for power focusing on football. When I was 18 I could squat 550 and control press 350. (like 375 just maxing out in gym)
When I quit playing ball and just focused on school I stopped lifting. I was 6 '1 and 225 when I played ball and was active. I went up to around 240 for about 10 years and stayed active with the kids.

About a year ago I gave my dad a kidney and all went great. I just have had less energy and packed on some pounds, Im at like 270 now. :Holy: All in the gut! So I have began lifting again at school and working with the medicine balls. I'm up to around 280 on my bench, which would be good if I wasn't all ballooned up. I just remember how much I like lifting everyday and how much more energy I have. I'm hoping I can work on my diet and add in more cardio. We don't have an actual gym at school, just a bench and some dumb bells. I'm hoping to talk the principal into getting some better equipment next year.

So my goals are to have my weight go down, bench go up, and energy go up.

Good luck on your goals man, I'm sure you'll have no problem getting where you want to be.

Age 22 ... 6'2" weight 227pounds. You could say I started lifting about 1 year ago.. because before that I had even less of a clue what I was doing than I do now.. and I was also 44 pounds lighter. I'm getting stronger & heavier each month.

Raw

Deadlift 462 over under grip
Bench 264 military (feet in the air so that back is flat on bench)
Deep squat 340

Edit: Just deep squatted 352.. I am tempted to see what I squat but I did not have anyone to check the angles for a correct lift so I'll test that later.
