i really like wandy but he shouldnt gass like that...

I know what your saying. But Wandy emptied the tank trying to get the stoppage. Honestly I think 8 times outa 10 that fight would have been stopped. My point is its not like Wandy was out of shape he just didn't get the call and couldn't get his second wind until it was to late.

I guess the ref made the right call because Ace came back and won the last 3 rounds. Lol I'm pretty sure Ace was out cold untill the back of his head bounced of the canvas.

All in all it was a good fight and turned out to be a entertaining card.

He was very close to a finish. If a bell obviously saves a guy from being finished, that's a 10-8 imo.

come on that is no where near a 10-8.
A great example of a 10-8 is round five of rua/hendo because hendo wasnt able to land a single blow while rua mantained a dominate position the entire round and scored the whole time.

I could see Rich finally making another run at the middleweight title. Anderson, Chael, Munoz, Stann, and Rich are the top 5 in my opinion and I can see Rich beating any of those guys. I wouldn't call him a favorite to win against Anderson, Chael or Munoz but he definitely has the capability to beat them.

Apparently, if you use any footwork at all during a fight you're running now. Franklin was not running. Now, Guida... that was running.

Really? Seriously? Love him...but he hasn't won 2 fights *in a row in like 5 years.. And wasn't exactly close against Anderson either time and I really can't see him ever beating him unless Anderson fights too long... Not happening..

Guida bad foot work, moving away from your opponent completely so nothing happens baaaad

Rich good foot work, moving to avoid punches and get into a position to mount an offence.

now all the rally for Guida kids can shut up

Yeah his fights against Anderson weren't close but that was a long time ago. He has evolved as a fighter since then and faced way more stiff competition than he faced before Anderson.

If the sport is ruined then why do you still watch it and talk about it on forums?

Disappointing. I thought Wandy had him in the second, just seemed gun shy and/or gassed after that. That punch he floored him with was stiff as hell though. Just punched straight through his head... Franklin's head could've been 2 feet further away and it still would've rocked him. Way to follow through with that shit, Wandy! I mean the one punch at least... not necessarily the aftermath, not that he didn't do everything in his power to finish.

Nothing against Rich, I just hate to see Wandy get out pointed, again.

IMO Franklin was aiming to get the decision, he wasn't trying to finish Wanderlei. Honestly, with Franklin's accuracy that he showed tonight, he probably could have finished Wanderlei... but no... he had to dance around take the decision.

Add Franklin to the ever-growing list of "dancing" fighters:

Carlos Condit
Frankie Edgar
Clay Guida
Rich Franklin
Anderson Silva (Occasionally)
yea bro. landing over 100 shots is dancing
It was a great fight none the less wheter people think RIch danced or not .... I want to see him fight bisping I think that would be a great fight!
i thought it was an awesome fight. Two guys who were easily my favorites back when, having a war. I think him vs bisping would be nice.. Was just talking about that actually. I'd give bisping the edge since rich is towards the end, but who knows?
I actually give it to rich I think he has more power and I think Bisping fades in later rounds and his grappling is much better if he choses to wrestle and use his subs he nearly got the armbar on Wandy I think he could do damage with gn'p and subs.
You think, even though he's 50 and has never been capable of either.
