After you drain it keep it iced for a while and it should help destroy the ugly bastard.

Ice over it, just keep it cold for a while

You're gonna have it as long as it keeps rubbing and getting messed with during practice on your schedule. Unless you wear some type of headgear or tape around your ears during practice I don't see how it wont stay permanent and/or get worse.

need to always drain it immediately, ice and then bandage as mentioned.

depending on how big it is and area effect, a clothes peg will apply sufficient pressure.

+ have a week off from training and give it some time, unless you have a fight coming up then theres no point in keep getting it hurt then re-filling with blood

Not an easy situation and difficult to explain here If it is not drained by the time the clotting process is complete, the fluid in the ear may harden, resulting in permanent disfigurement. The options for getting rid of cauliflower are fairly limited: drain it yourself, have a doctor drain it for you or do nothing. The latter, as mentioned, can leave you permanently disfigured here . If you decide to go to the doctor, he will stick a good-sized needle into the hematoma and drain all of the blood and fluid. Multiple treatments may be necessary.
