Vitor(1-1 last 2)
Bisping (1-1 last 2)
Stann (1-1 last 2)
I don't think anyone can make an argument against Lombard just because he has so many wins in a row and many of them in super impressive fashion just based on his explosion and power alone he can post a threat so I see him... Belcher has a better quality win at MW than anyone else u named...
Sorry you actually have to complete that sentence lol.
Ok well lets start with Stann/Lombard. As you said Lombard is clear. So IF Stann beats Lombard he beat a guy that is a clear choice for a title shot, and he would be 5-1 in his 6 MW fights with at least 4 of 5 wins in impressive stoppages and his 1 loss coming to the #2 fighter in the division.
Now Munoz and Bisping. If Bisping wins he will be 5-1 in his last 6 with wins over Boetsch, Dan Miller, Akiyama and Mayhem and his only loss coming to the #2 fighter in the division. If Munoz wins he will be 8-1 in his last 9 with a win over Damian Maia (top 5 at the time) and Aaron Simpson (top 10 at the time) and his only loss coming to Okami who was top 3 at the time and went on to get a title shot.
Now to Vitor. He is at worst top 5 in the division right now, usually ranked #3. If Belfort wins he will be 6-1 in the MW division and the 1 loss is to the greatest MW ever. His wins have all been stoppages (just 1 went past the 1st round) and includes former division king pin Franklin, Akiyama and a HUGE Anthony Johnson. I said "by then" meaning after 2-3 more title defenses so assuming 2-3 more fights including Wandy, which would put him at 8 or 9-1 in the division.
Not saying Belcher is not on his way, or not in the discussion; BUT he will have to do more. The line currently goes Lombard, Stann, Bisping, Munoz, Vitor and then maybe Belcher. Lombard needs to beat Stann to get the title shot. Everyone else needs to do more than 1 more win (unless Lombard loses).
