p4p list and chael

chael might not be the greatest finisher but he is the best worker in the ufc imo,when you have a guy like that , like hendo, doesn't matter the weightclass , he will bring a lot of problems for his oponents , whicch brings me to the next question..

Where would you place Chael on the p4p list if he defeats Anderson?

Does that mean he's great or does that mean anyone can lose in mma?

Unless he does something amazing he doesnt rank in top 10

Most peoples problem with chael is that mouth of his, how good or bad it is for the sport? i have no idea.
But the fact is he's obviously a good fighter to be taking down the competition that he's been beating, but pound for pound its hard to say, theres anderson whos a magnificent striker, but he lacks wrestling in a big way. Then Jose aldo, who in my own opinion looks like a smaller silva, but with a slightly better wrestling game. Furthermore GSP whos obviously the most well rounded and most athletic of the 4 (including chael in that 4), He's probly logicaly the number 1 p4p fighter at this point, That being said he hasnt fought in a while and is comming off injury. To sum it all up; if any of these 4 were to all fight eachother (obviously its hard to consider jose aldo because he's puny compaired to the other 3) i still beleive chael or GSP would win due to their atheletisism* and wrestling, more important eficiantcy < sorry i cant spell

, but yeah GSP or Chael is # 1 In this point in time.

Simply put... If styles make fights, then there is no need for a P4P system. Chael poses a hell of a threat to Anderson. But... Palhares poses a hell of a threat to Chael.

Actually it can still be a legitimate discussion because being #1 doesnt necessarily mean beating everyone in the weight class.
What it means to me is being the person who can beat the most people in your weight class. (thats how it would be if there werent dominant champs like silva, jones, aldo, gsp)

So for instance if Silva can beat everyone but Chael (because styles makes fights) but Chael can beat everyone but 3 jiujitsu specialists, Silva still is technically the better fighter.

and i honestly never thought paul haris could beat chael

lol thats a hilarious quote but i believe consensus top 10s is pretty accurate (not in particular order but it names the most skilled/effective in the sport)

Unless batman had a kryptonite weapon in his utility belt (which under the unified rules of mma would be illegal). I say superman would take it anyday.

Witch is a ranking based on your win to loss ratio as well as the amount of accolades you have achieved compared to everyone in every weight class

He would not be in the top 5 if he won..If all it took to be the p4p king was to beat the number one guy Ryo Chonan, Daiju Takase, and Luiz Azerio would be in the top 5

Chael has had too many losses to make it to the p4p ranking, which is y he discredits it so much.

What would happen would probably be the person whose had a similar record with a few titles on their mantle would probably take his place. Thats if he even gets dropped because he has a damn good record and has broke alot of records, so it would probably be on the guy who makes that list to decide.

and yeah anyone can get beat at anytime
