Dammit I was hoping that was going to be a spoof. Ideally someone would have rejected his offer then he would have shot for a double then got caught in a triangle by some average joe homebuyer seconds later but any type of spoof would have been hilarious.

Damn, that is just as cheesy as just about every real estate agent's ad I've ever seen.

You'd think he'd at least given that sign a roundhouse kick at the end.

Also, wasn't he convicted of mortgage fraud? So, this video was arguably made in furtherance of a criminal enterprise. :mrgreen:

A licensed Realtor from West Linn, Sonnen admitted before a judge Monday that he conducted a financial transaction designed to hide or disguise the ownership and control of proceeds of mortgage fraud, according to a U.S. Department of Justice press release.

Update: According to the Oregonian, as part of his guilty plea, Sonnen agreed to give up his realtor's license and pay a $10,000 fine. The government is recommending two years probation.)
