I would start introducing the sweet sweat to your cardio from the 7th, and see what it does. As your weigh in is so close i would follow either the 195lbs or 185lbs male example.
If your budget allows i would get some taurine and potassium tablets, maybe some electrolyte stuff as well, dont want you cramping up.
