I dunno, wasn't his last fight against Clifford Starks or someone who was beatin him up on the feet and didn't have a hint of sub defence when it finally hit the mat?

Clifford was new definitely.
But he finished Noke and Credeur prior to that, which I consider to both be good wins. Just hoping for a competitive fight.

I want to see Herman fight Tito. On TUF 2 (or whichever one he was on), he told Tito all he needed was 2 years and he would beat his ass.

Herman via flying gingerlock in the 2nd Round. I've never liked Shields. He has about as much fight in him as a toaster, not to mention the personality of a wet moth.

The fact that he came back from basically being knocked out by Hendo in the first round and win the fight tells me he has quite a bit of fight in him

...Although he did pretty much lay n pray his way to victory in that fight. But still, surviving that first round was impressive. He kept his composure where most would've panicked and thrown up prayer submissions/strikes and went to his bread and butter and as boring as his bread and butter was, i can at least respect the composure it takes to keep your head together after an hbomb.

You're right.. I have never found Jake interesting as a person or fighter so I cannot help but to root against him.
