For everyone that completely discounts this idea, let's not forget how bad UFC HW was in 04-06. I know Chuck isn't the be all end all of good fighters or anything, but I could see him KOing glass jawed AA, and big Tim got killed by Randy who Chuck was better than, so I could see him beating Tim as well.

I'm not saying he would have been champ, but AA and Tim would be winnable fights for him.

I think so. On any given day in those days, Chuck could have stomped Arlovski, Timmeh and Randy.

It would have been nice to see him try, but I think he was comfortable KOing all the grapplers that the UFC served up for him.

mir could have overpowered him, and he could have had problems dealing with the reach of sylvia, but those were also winnable fights.

i would have loved to have seen prime liddel vs arlovski. pretty sure he would have put him out, prime arlovski had a current liddel chin.

But I think JDS would smash him he is too quick and chuck looks uncoordinated sometimes... but I Think he could hold on to both straps during his reign!
