Franklin vs.Le

i'm going to be biased for once and say i support franklin soly based off the fact he is from my area, used to ref the pro/am local fights and is cool enough to talk to any fan at any time. He also goes to the resturaunt my sister ( any sister comments or jokes will result in a perma-ban!! ) works at bi-weekly, and takes pics and signs things for anyone interested. He is the one guy I will be a life long fan of (no homo).

Cung le has the edge technique wise, but Franklin has more power, better ground and cardio. Unless cung le scores an insane shot early, I don't see how he wins this.

either way, who do you people have in the fight?

Easy win for Rich. He has way more experience, has beaten way better fighters and I think has the advantage everywhere except kicking. Franklin will make Le look like an amateur.

I think Cung has crisper striking but that's it. Franklin is way better all around.

Its funny people still give Le no credit whats so ever. Not many people with stand up on his level. But his endurance is non exsistant since he started making movies. That is why Franklin wins besides the fact that he has a good all around game and is bigger and has a better chin and he's an O.G....

i agree the guy who said franklin is better technically is out of his mind.....the problem with le is as you stated his stamina and his inability to really finish with his striking.... the blueprint to beat le is pretty much out there.... if you have power , weather the storm until later in the fight....... i predicted as many exactly how le vs wand would go and expect the same to happen in this fight. franklin will be much larger than le fight night and prob is the biggest guy le has fought to date. franklin should def be able to weather le's striking assault to where in rd 2 or 3 he can land something big to finish le. Even if le had a gastank.....he would still be in trouble with the strikers in the ufc mw due to most having huge power. while im not saying his chin isnt glass its def been shown he cant take a huge shot which is something guys like wand,vitor,anderson,rich,stann,leben and now lombard are very capable of...

I'm picking Le just because Franklin should probably win, but that's how MMA can be sometimes.
