Hello everyone! The last 8mo or so I have dropped down to 180 from 210+ (I am 5 11). I accomplished that with mostly good nutrition, and a combination of running and taking a spinning class. I can't run anymore (hurt my knee) so I do spinning about twice a week.
I am at the level now where I feel I need to up my training. Spinning has been a llot of fun, but I am looking for something more. I am not big on weigh training, any ideas?
