I don't know how Chael just walked through that guy. Gives me a new respect for Bisping though. Walk it through.

Haha it's alright. I said the same thing during the fight.

Literally. If I can describe the events:

Stan rocks Sakara. (I am rooting for Stan because he's an American hero.)

Stan follows Sakara to the ground.

I remember how shitty he did on the ground against Chael, and remember that Sakara is a BJJ black belt.

I type my post "why did he follow him to the ground?"

As I'm hitting submit, I hear "IT IS ALL OVER!!!!"

I look up, half expecting Stan to have been submitted.

Then I feel stupid.

Then: Insert foot into mouth.

Fantastic work by Stan, sorry for underestimating him and his judgement. Well played.

I don't think anybody but Chael could have did what he did to Brian Stann.

Credit to Sakara for trying to go toe-to-toe but doing that against Stann tends to be a mistake.
Very good sportsmanship by Stann at the end by the way
Favourite Fighters: Anderson Silva, Jon Jones, BJ Penn, Dominic Cruz, Brock Lesnar

Stann's the mann.

Brian might have the power but Alessio has no Hendo like chin, pretty brittle if you ask me.

Looked like he was putting him to sleep with a lullaby for the KO.

Haha that's exactly what happened with me too. I was screaming "Get him Stann get him!" And then he follows him to the ground and I literally say out loud "Why did he do that?" and then it's all over

Way to go Stann, showing he can knock people out with short punches on the ground. And then great sportsmanship displayed there. I've seen fighters go after guys that are clearly unconscious (Chuck Liddell style) but Stann stopped and actually looked like he felt bad the moment Sakara went limp. And did anybody catch the MMA talk show (not sure what it's called) they had on Fuel-TV after the fights? Stann and Chael had a little laugh about their fight and it was very sportsmanlike and I was just left sitting there going "How can you not like Stann?!"

Seriously. How can you not like Stann? Because he throws up a salute every now and then? Well do you know what I have to say to you in that case good sir? Fuck you ya communist!

Brian Stann provides his housekeepers with Lemon Fresh Pine Sol. He does not believe it is their responsibility to purchase cleaning supplies themselves.

He also tips waitresses 30% so they can afford to get Dr. Scholls orthopedic inserts.
