I THINK JONES IS GOOD BUT I WOULD LOVE TO SEE HIM FIGHT THE GUYS .
A-GUS WOULD BE A GOOD FIGHT
STUVE WE ALSO BE A BAD AS FIGHT
AND A FEDOR FIGHT IF FEDOR WENT DOWN TO 205

he'll never do it. why would he?
he is making a "living legend" type of career, why tamper with perfection?
in about 5 yrs, after a (actual) loss or losses, i could see it happening.

it's same reason for Anderson Silva not wanting to fight LHWs anymore.

gus has some pretty amazing takedown defence, i wouldn't be so quick to jump the gun

LOL @ the people who think Jones would stand a chance against Fedor. Fedor has a granite chin, is a wayyy better grappler and hits wayyyy harder than Jones. Fedor would KO Jones in the first round easily. Struve would beat Jones. Gus would get beat.

I know Hammil wasn't able to take Gus down but Hammil was never in that fight at all and didn't seemed to think twice about retirement. Mr. Wonderful took Gus down which lead him to win a UD. Sure Davis has nice wrestling Creds but I rate Jones MMA wrestling aboves Davis. Which is why I believe Jones would close the distance on Gus and take himdown and put the beating on Gus.

Sure Davis has been helping Gus with his wrestling since they fought, and it showed against Hammil but like I said before Hammil looked like shit in that fight and he had no fire.

Maybe I shouldn't be quick to jump the gun, but if I had to put my money on either one, it would be jones

Skinny Scarecrow should stay at his own weight. He'd only beat Fedor because of how badly he's lost a step. Had Fedor been keeping sharp all these years instead of seeing his level of competition take a nosedive, he'd likely be far more competitive now. Struve and Gustafsson, no, just really, no. I just honestly can't see Jones beating the best at heavyweight, I don't think he'd wear the weight well and he'd find his natural adavatafes over the LHW division to be either incredibly diminished or completely gone.

struve over jones.... cmon now. based on what exactly? struve would not have a reach advantage, isn't as good of a striker, isn't as good of a wrestler, is slower, is weaker, and is less athletic.... o yea but he is taller so he would definitely win :roll:

So please tell me was the last time Jones made somebody's face look like that? Also that was from a guy that was 50lbs heavier than Fedor which Jones would not be. You Jones fanboys need to get real. He needs to stay in LHW where he knows he can win. At HW he will get creamed.

Fedor has KO'd much tougher guys than Jones. He has also submitted better grapplers than Jones.
