There was maybe one whole engagement in the first round. Lawrence looked just as aprehensive as Marcello. I'm not impressed by him, if he was fighting a guy who knew how to tuck his chin he wouldn't have finished him. It took a full minute and a half before anyone threw anything. This season, like pretty much every one since 8, is not likely to produce anyone of note, save for one or two. TUF needs to be retired.

Remember last time you said that about a TUFer? :P

But seriously, I just think Lawrence didn't want to get grapple raped.

About who? Brandao? One win over another TUFer, real impressive. Let's hold off on the future champ discussions until he fights someone else, and then someone good.

I'd watch it if I have the chance. If I can see it online, I think the fights should be pretty good.

Is it just me or does this season seem like a downgrade from last season? especially the quality of fighters.

What a boring fight tonight. Pretty dull throughout. Chiesa basically did nothing the whole fight.
