I don´t know what happened, I wanted to open a new topic, and it ended up on an open one.
Anyway, the other topics are different:they are talking about putting Fedor against Dos Santos. My take is another one.
Yes, I´m a whitey, but I´ve been following MMA since 1997,and maybe I have something to say, don´t you think, blackie? 8) If you don´t like this post, simply do not post on it, or even read it
You see? very simple!

i see what you did there.
clever, clever.

actually, i just noticed that i read the thread title wrong.
i read it as "reem out? bring fedor to fight can".
i didn't think it made sense, now it does.

so basically, put mir in to replace alistair and bring fedor in to replace mir.
i'd rather see fedor just be brought in and go straight to junior. as a non-title though.
that way mir and cain still fight the opponent that they've been preparing for.
and being a non-title, because fedor wouldn't deserve it, junior isn't risking his belt by fighting someone that he hasn't prepared for.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut considering the situation, I doubt that would happen

Someone said it a few days ago, Dana is a very smart guy, and he doesn´t mind to play the humble guy when is needed (remeber the hacker thing, and how he went to the ladys house to appologize?)
I see him saying in this scenario "He gained me. He evolved a lot, and showed me that he is a real fighter, and he has prove to belong to the UFC,that´s why he is here...he is in the mix" LOL
Man, he defended Tito to the end when he came back, after all the shit both were talking at each other.
Dana knows how to take advantage of the situation, that´s why I hope he finally signs Fedor

Why not but do you think Fedor can actually beat the Cains, JDSs, Mirs, Cormiers, Barnets or even Carwin and Kongo? He has a chance but I wouldnt bet on Fedor of today.

He's no Dan Hardy, there's no reason the UFC should be interested in a guy who only rectified a 3 fight losing streak (all stoppages) by beating Monson and then some retired Judoka - i.e. some of the lowest level of competition available.

Just let Mir fight JDS instead, pull Werdum out of his irrelevant fight with Russow and let him fight Cain.

Why not? I don´t know without doubt what the result of all this fights would be, only a moron can be totally sure about something like that. As I said before, MMA is so unpredictable, specially in the HW division. But my personal opinion is yes, probably. Taking into account what kind of a fighter Fedor is, if he trains properly, with a good diet, and even more important, with good motivation, combine it with all his experience and the result is explosive.I think it will show up.And you can say whatever you want about the guy, but tell me he doesn´t have heart, could you?Maybe the most important thing to succed in anything.
I would bet for him. Indeed.

MMA is unpredictable, but I'm always one for working your way up b4 getting higher level opponents no matter what your legacy was/is. Melvin Guillard could beat the LW champ doesnt mean it's a realistic or he deserves the chance either.

Yes. Of course is for real. Even if you don´t like it. When you like a fighter and think he has a chance, why not rooting for him? Do you see something wrong with it?
A very different thing is that you don´t like Fedor. Then I understand you want another fighter that you prefer to show up.
What would be different then? Everybody have their preferences. And a lot of people share mine.
Like it or not, this is the truth. You are seeing it
Emelianenko vs Velasquez is an ABSOLUT WAR.

the "whitey" that started this threads account is actually a few weeks older than your account, the amount people post here shouldn't matter just look at KoolAD who's posted a shit load in just a few weeks and flown up the belt colours

I´m too. But if you know Fedor´s career,he has been fighting, with exceptions ok, at a highest possible level.
He was the champion in Pride. He fought everybody who was there
He fought Sylvia,Arlovski, when they were in a very good position amongst HW rankings.
There been years with no top quality opposition, I won´t deny you that man, but why? Do you know why? Because he WASN´T IN THE UFC, so he couldn´t face them! you see the point? You can only fight UFC fighters by 2 ways: beign on the UFC,or taking them in the street, I suppose...
And don´t tell me about Overeem.I dont believe the shit Overeem talked for years saying Fedor ducked him.
Why? afraid of you? He has fought everybody. Were he more dangerous, did he wields knives in combat or something?
Overeem is the guy who get that muscles by eating horse meat...yes, for sure, I believe you, like Fedor´s running away from you, right?
Who else out there?

By the way, sorry I forgot to say that it is pretty different:
Cain is no HW champion, from what I know  but maybe you didn´t read my title post properly, as another Joe from here... then it´s your fault, not mine 8) but thanks anyway for your perspective man, which I agree at least in the first part

yes my friend, but you know, sometimes some people tends to judge by the colour, ain´t it is racism???
they don´t want to know others opinion if they are not 5678 posters. They throw it to the bin even before read.
I see it here many times. As I said before, the problem is of their own. They show disrespected an a very uneducated lore.
What would you expect from them?
Anyway, the guy apologized, which I certainly see as a positive show of humbleness. :D

 I didn't think it was racist I just wanted to know which of the 2 possibilities it was. My friends and I are completely racist with each other and are able to laugh at our flaws, and when you can do that you know deep down that you really don't care about skin color.

A guy owns a guitar for twenty years, starts taking lessons 3 days ago and pratices intensly for the last 3 days. -Still sucks
A guy owns a guitar for 5 years and practices almost every day for 5 years... Good/great player.
Tell me why it's better to have an account longer and not use it as much please?
Anger he smiles towering in shiny metallic purple armour
Queen jealousy, envy waits behind him
Her fiery green gown sneers at the grassy ground
Blue are the life giving waters, taken for granted
They quietly understand

You see? belt racism, so sad...
Anyway, lets follow your logic, this will make you happier right? 8)
You are the one saying the guy (me) have been taken lessons only since 3 days ago...wow, I didn´t know you know me or the level of knowledge I have , for how long have you been studying me for such an observation?are you a ninja, covered in shadows? I must call the police, I feel observed...
You see? This is how you judge it:number of posts, right?pretty lame... If someone here, shows no real content in his speak, and really sucks, it is YOU
You don´t apport anything to the topic. Just trash talk. You know what they say: what we have inside, we let it go out.Go with you high coloured belt friends, if you have some, elitist
Back to the topic, Emelianenko chances against Cain people?
