I hate when people use that as some sort of advantage for Rashad, because it goes both ways. Jones has also trained with Rashad. It takes two to tango.
Usually in a fight, two people have never trained with each other, so there's an equal level of ambiguity as far as that goes.
In this fight, the two people HAVE trained with each other, so there's an equal level of knowledge. No real advantage to either fighter.
I honestly don't think Rashad has what it takes. His wrestling is great, so it could be said that he is the toughest wrestler Jones has faced to this date, but I don't really see him being able to get inside the long rangy reach of Jones in order for him to get a takedown, and that's all he can do in this fight. His striking has improved, but it certainly isn't enough to beat Jones with it. All in all, Rashad is the underdog for good reason, not just in the betting world.
