Well yeah, but it wasn't so much the story as it was the damn visuals.

IIRC, Jurassic Park was made around that time that SMB was made. They could have made the damn thing a lot better. Hell, as a matter of fact, I would have gladly traded SMB and have Joe and Mac be a movie using technology like they used with JP.
