Yeah we know that for sure right? Also Fedor is not known for quick, come out of nowhere KO's or lighting fast submissions right? Not saying it would happen but who knows? You sure don't.

True but Cro Cop was still a world kickboxing champion.

The best Cro Cop ever did in K-1 was second place, he was never the champion.

No no, he was a kickboxing champion for another organization which is how I'm guessing he got into K-1 in the first place.

your right we dont know because he couldnt make it to the 3rd due to a merciless beating. GOAT is always temperary, you cant be GOAT and have 3 back to back loses in the twilight of your career. If Anderson retires undefeated in the UFC he will be wthout question GOAT.

But, but, but...Fedor is a can, and he crushes cans, too.

How dare you make this thread about someone who isn't relevant and never really was?

Nice compilation of stats.

Wait so just because of what Silva has done in the weakest division in the UFC he deserves to be the GOAT? How do you figure? Silva is a great fighter but lest we forget he got beaten by extremely lower level fighters. The guys that beat Fedor were at least top 10 in their weight class. Werdum and Bigfoot were both in the top 10 in the HW division. Everybody knows Hendo is one of the best LHW/MW fighters.

You can be the GOAT and still lose. Ali lost 3 of his last 4 fights and is still considered one of the GOAT. I would agree with you a little more if Fedor had been beaten by lower level fighters, but that was not the case. Also Fedor went 10 years without losing a round. Silva is nowhere even close to that. Fedor is the closest MMA has for a GOAT right now.

Bigfoot Silva was never a top 10 heavyweight he was ALWAYs outside that and will drop down further in the UFC. He'(wa)s the Strikeforce version of Gabriel Gonzaga.
Karma is everything.

I interpret this thread to mean Fedor has spent a great deal of his career in hand picked fights against specialists who weren't real MMA fighters.

PS: Fedor lost to Arona.
PPS: none of you assholes try to bring up the Rings scoring criteria.

Not this shit again... Can't we just make a universal Fedor thread?
Account bet lost. Thanks Frank Mir for the worst display in your career. That was the most boring fight I have seen in a long time and maybe it's time for you to hang them up!

Fedor's only ever lost because he has bigger balls than everyone else. Reem runs away from Werdum while fedor dives in to punch him in the face. He could have stood around and raised his arms all the fight and got a win but he didnt. He could have stayed back and dummied giant silva with well timed striked then moving out like Cormier but instead he stayed in the pocket like a boss then showed huge heart not giving up for 3 minutes of the biggest blackbelt in bjj in his mount. He could have grappled Hendo who was older, smaller, and has gassed before after short bursts but instead brawled with the guy when everyone and their dog knew the H-bomb was his only chance.

Some may amase better records.... but none will have the mystic, none will do it training their whole prime in a school gym/playground with complete nobodies as primary training partners. Nobody will do it by standing with the best strikier in their weightclass (cro cop) then laying in the best grapplers guard in their weight class (big nog). None will do it being outweighed by almost all their opponents. None will even be heavyweights when they weigh 230lbs and are fat ... they'd be too busy fighting in the middleweight division trying to cut and outweigh their op,fdvfmvmdv.... cramp... finger cramp... cant troll like .v,fv i used too.... not enough, mcd, fedor posts to keep dcdsdqdqvf finger stamina up. ffhhvbvsf
