Tis true, and is sad... I loved it when Reem was bouncing back and forth...I could give a fuck whether he's defending his SF belt as long as he's fighting in one or the other 3-4 times a year.
One thing you gotta explain that I've never understood.... You see him winning by SD? How is that? Why wouldn't you just pick him in a "close" or "competitive" fight..? An SD is a mistake by one of the judges... I never understood that. The only way I could ever understand that prediction is if it was some kind of long odds bet in vegas and that was a weird option..
And how will he use his forearm guard against the massive leg kicks that Ghita kills ppl with? That confuses me as well..
Well i think it would honestly be alot closer than a UD. Ghita honestly has alot of power, and like you said his legkicks are lethal. to me it would be one of those back and forth fights. I think the reem's counter striking is good, but against people his size (at least in K-1) he's not able to deal that much damage. He usually is best when he is countering on the inside, or when he has you in the clinch, and since he cant full on muay thai clinch it leaves him only throwing counter hooks and single shot leg kicks, i think Ghita would spend most of the rounds doubling up the leg kicks like in the saki fight and banging to the body. It would probably be Ubereems toughest fight in K-1. (next to the Spong fight)

Except that the winning by SD still doesn't make sense and wasn't explained... A UD can be EXTREMELY close. A SD can just be a terrible decision by one of the judges on a fight that wasn't even close... It's not a points system where a UD is a closer fight that a SD...so I still don't get it.
I also still don't see how Reem's forearm guard prevents the leg kick onslought...

I think the safest bet is that this fight is not won on points...
I have to disagree, Ghita is not a headhunter and his defense is too sound, and he's strong enough physically not to get pushed around by Reem. I think he would leg kick the shit out of Reem and use the jab effectively to a decision.

Well i think it would be a SD because both guys are smart technical fighters. It would be prolly a round a piece with the one third round being the deciding factor, thats how most SD usually end up. One guy takes round 1, another guy takes round 2, round 3 is a toss up depending on who did what, where, and how. Not only that but both guys have the ability to make great decisions while fighting. (they can adjust to their opponents style)

how is this known, from the comments ive seen, i take it ghita is a big boy....BUT heres the thing, just bc he might measure up to reem doesnt mean anything. size does not always equal strength. look what happened with brock and rogers who are the same stature as reem.. reem tossed both, and stopped brocks takedown, which no one thought hed be able to do. im not saying ghita cant but this shouldnt just be based of size, has anyone seen his actually lifting feats. to compare look at brock and carwin. the 2 were very similar in build with brock being slightly heavier walking (carwin was actually heavier fight night). before the fight they complied the feats of strenght of both.. carwins bench max was only 20 lbs more than what lesnar does as a normal rep. carwin max's out at 505 or around there and lesnar does normal reps at 485 with hix max out around 620( keep in mind this only means he can do 1-3 reps). i dont know enough about ghita to say your wrong but it cant just be based on there similar size or seen in his other fights..there would need to be a tale of tape on both guys on strength.
on topic: as i said i havnt seen ghita but just reading comments and seen how reems fights in k-1... reem is incredibly defensive and has excellent shot selection. if ghita likes to kick low reem will prob crowd him and wat to time him on a counter.. with reem being around k-1, training with who he did at gg, and now spong at bz i take it reem would take into full account what ghita would be trying to do.
