A male human that cannot attain a weight of at least 140lbs is not technically a man, so I cannot support that weight division.....

Dissapointed that this was put before improving the other divisions, and even a cruiserweight or womans divisions, can't see a flyweight becoming a star in the sport

i agree. though i think the LW and below classes will see a lot more of guys moving between weights, which will add a whole new dynamic to things. its a lot easier to move up or down 10 lbs then the 15-60 lbs swing that exists in the heavier classes. we will probably see a lot of younger guys at FLW and BW winning the belts and moving up to FW and LW after a handful of title defenses.
HW - Ubereem, Mark Hunt, Daniel Cormier
LHW - Gustafson, Jimi Manuwa
MW - Belcher, Sonnen, Filthy Tom Lawlor, Hector Lombard, Paul Harris
WW - Nick Diaz
LW - Nate Diaz, Pettis
FW - Max Holloway, KZ, Dennis Siver
BW - Faber, McDonald

I acknowledge the fact there are good fighters at Flyweight and that these guys aren't big enough to make the other weightclasses without being dominated because of there smaller built but seriously cards are already way to stuck with lighter then lightweight fights and these are the less popular weightclasses. UFC has many events so there could be a place but maybe on seperate rosters. The lower weightclasses and the heavier ones. The comment @ midgets  well maybe they should and as well weightclasses with people with no legs, these people are born that way and some fighters actually are able to fight with it so why don't create that division in the UFC as well. America the land of opportunities..
Thank God should be banned in the pre and post fight speeches.
Marloes Coenen should be in the UFC.

i wouldn't call them beasts.
i got nothing against the wee classes.
i don't enjoy them half as much though.
they are the size of the average chick.
how are they gonna cut down to a lower weight-class?
if they keep bringing in these smaller and smaller divisions, i want me some super-heavys dammit.

My girl is 122 with 6lb tits. I couldnt imagine fighting a "man" that small. Probably why i'm not interested, but i'm not opposed to watching the fight.

While I fully understand there are fighters out there who could make 125, it's completely unnecessary. Johnson, Benavidez, Dodson, and the list goes on, all were doing just fine at their respective weights. I hear everyone claiming that 125lbs is their "natural" weight class. Which basically means these guys could lose 10 more pounds and really make a run for a title.

Or the excuse that these guys aren't champions at 135 because they're in the wrong class. Doesn't anyone ever think that these guys just aren't good enough to be champion? Or is it always a weight issue? I didn't hear Fedor bitching the last decade because he was normally outweighed anywhere from 20 to 150lbs (Choi). Never heard Couture complain when he kicked the shit out of 265lb Tim Sylvia or when he willingly took on Brock Lesnar. Hendo, Wanderlei, Cro Cop, Fedor, Couture and especially BJ all competed in multiple weight classes and never once made it an issue and never once made the excuse of the weight if they lost.

Hasn't Royce Gracie taught us anything about weight? Technique, if used correctly could prove more affectively than weight cutting. So much emphases is being put into this Flyweight class and I think it's nonsense. Not to mention that even the smallest of men, and we'll use TUF 14 winner John Dodson who stands a mere 5' 3 inches as a prime example, can make 135lbs very comfortably and have huge success there.

I way circa 200lbs and have for awhile but I'm still excited by the format and if they bring in the best to face guys like Benavidez (who is quite talented) it should be good I will say though this.should absolutely be the bottom floor. Also if Mighty Mouse is the champ the division will be dead to me. I think Dodson could probably make 125 too not that he needs to. Mostly we just need to draw in that Asian talent.

I get what some guys are talking about when they say that it may be hard to make a star out of 125. But I think with the right promotion, things could twist and turn a little. So long as they're not using PPV to promote the champs, but free events, where guys get a chance to see the fighter's showcase their skills. If they put a few big names fighter on an FX, Fox, or FuelTV card and stack it with their top FW, BW, and FlW I think we'd be able to see some stars in the making. I mean how long has it taken for the 155lb division to FINALLY get the respect they deserve? When I first started watching MMA, 155 was the smallest things got, and it was weird to think of anyone smaller. Hell, anyone remember when they even took away the division for a while because the UFC was actually losing money over them? That was crazy. But with the right promotion they've finally been able to put them in the spotlight, and even then the division still isn't where it necessarily needs to be, but we now have guys like BJ Penn and Clay Guida which are fairly recognizable by your regular Joe. I think the right guys, under the right promotion could really result in a star. I think that's something they need to focus on with the FW and BW as well. As awesome as Jose Aldo is, he's still relatively unknown to the casual fan it seems like. A guy like him, put on the right card with enough spectators could really blow up and become huge.
So... Since Machida is all, "I drink my own Urine for vitamins!" is it okay for my to be like, "I eat my own shit for nutrients!!"????
