I mean judging by this vid, shad is the one hating, Jones is trying to potry a positive message but shad just keeps saying "he fake" without giving any explanation whatsoever even when Jones tells him to explain giving more fuel to the belief that shad is just hating.

Sonnen actually won me over with his bit but Jones is having the opposite affect. I just hope he gets better at it with time.

i see it as rashad taking the high road.
he knows shit of jones from their days together.
he knows things he said and things he did.
i think that's what he's refering to.
he sees how jones has changed his tune and is portraying an "image" now.
rashad took the high road and didn't bring up that shit.

rashad is definitely in jon's head.
that can definitely help him.
but, also, if jon gets the upper hand in the fight, i can see him not holding anything back.
