If so what is the maximum amount of vitamin C, one should take. What are the negative effects, of taking too much vitamin C? Any professional person plz share here.

The effects of an "overdose" on Vitamin C are negligible :lol: . You're asking a lot of questions about things of little to no consequence.

Overdosing on Vit. C is not going to have noticeable consequences, the misunderstanding lies in that health experts and doctors used to recommend Vit. C as something everyone should take in excess because of poorly defined health benefits like anti-oxidant effects and so on.

More up to date information suggests that there is no reliable data suggesting excess Vit. C is beneficial, so if you go over the daily requirements you're not actually doing anything.

I don't understand why you talk about proteins and vitamins as if they were the same thing.
Vitamins are not proteins.

To the best of my knowledge you should avoid more than 2000 mg/day.

Bear in mind that vitamin C is a hydrosoluble vitamin so you need to consume it daily.
